Installation Team Member
The Irrigation Installation Team Member must have a positive, can-do attitude, be an eager learner, be conscious of safety requirements, work effectively as a team member, dress appropriately, be punctual, and follow all instructions given by Irrigation Installation Crew Leader or Leadman.
Outcomes
- Assist with the installation of landscape projects as directed by crew leader or leadman and according to the standards and processes of the company.
- Assist crew in meeting production hour goals set forth by the company without compromising Wetlands’s quality standards.
- Help maintain a clean jobsite by picking up tools and trash. Maintain a neat and orderly job trailer by ensuring tools are in their proper place. Clean trash out of the truck and trailer each evening.
- Help maintain an orderly shop by taking trash out to the dumpster on Monday afternoons and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Compensation
- Starting pay at $18/hr with time and a half for overtime over 40hrs/wk
- 6 paid holidays per year
- 40 hours of PTO at 90 days and renewed annually on work anniversary.
